We are missing contact details for some supporters
During July each year we send all our supporters an annual statement of their donations so that this can be used as a tax deduction when filing their tax return.
However, there are some newer and long term supporters that we have no contact details for. Often we may know the supporter's name, but we have no email address or mailing address. This usually happens when someone makes donations via direct deposit into our bank account, without also emailing us their contact details.
Banks do not provide us with any contact details for transactions, and often we only receive the name of the supporter with the transaction on our bank statement. Sometimes we don't receive the supporter's name either. We do realise that some people prefer to remain anonymous, and some people require no receipt. Some people also change email addresses or move house, and so we have old information. We also like to send an annual newsletter to all of our supporters.
If you'd like us to check on whether we have your current details, please email
and we'd be pleased to check and/or update our records.
We can't really publicly list our 'missing donors', as that would breach your privacy.
